In these unique times, with gyms offering limited services and large group gatherings currently stopped, I’ve moved our group fitness classes online. If you’re feeling the effects of lockdown on your fitness level, your general feeling of wellbeing, or your waistline(!), then come and join us.
Using the Zoom meetings platform, it’s really easy to get started. All you need is a bit of floor space and an internet connection.
Running three times a week at 6pm for around 30 to 40 minutes, there’s a class for everyone:
- Monday night – Advanced fitness class (designed for those with a decent fitness level already, but I always have variations to suit your abilities and limits)
- Tuesday night – Beginners’ fitness class (with variations for the more adventurous!)
- Thursday night – LiBerTy (Legs/Bums/Tums)
Classes are £3.50 per session, or pay just £3 per session by booking 5 or more in advance. If you’d like to join us, get in touch.
If you can’t get to the evening classes, we can arrange an individual session at a time to suit you (just £6.50 for a 1-to-1, or bring along a friend or 2 and reduce the cost).
If you prefer to exercise in your own time, at your convenience, and you want something more tailored, try one of our home workout programmes. Target the whole body, or a specific area, whenever you want, in just a few minutes a day. Use them on your own, or join me online for a guided workout. Prices start from £10 per programme.
