We began the year with our Jump into January challenge. One exercise per day for 31 days! Lots of you joined in and the feedback for our daily exercise challenge was great!

But don’t panic if you missed it. The good news is you don’t have to wait until next January to get started!

With this programme, you do as much or as little as you can of each exercise, put them together each week into a full body workout or mix and match to work specific body areas! It’s your choice. You’ll quickly start to see progress and push yourself that bit more!
