Our 8-week “Fit & Fabulous 50s” body transformation programme includes three 45-minute exercise sessions/week at our base in Stanhope, mixing in HIIT, cardio, boxing & resistance training. You’ll also enjoy a delicious “recovery” smoothie after each session.
You’ll receive an initial consultation, body measurements taken before & after (kept private); exclusive members-only Facebook group including advice & support; food diary analysis and nutrition improvement advice.
