We have a number of fitness classes to suit all abilities and fitness levels. From Beginners’ Circuits to Box-It to fast and furious HIIT, there’s something for everyone. If you want something more tailored or you an only attend dudring the day, we can offer alternative sessions just for you or small group sessions for you and a couple of friends!
