Please note: All classes must be booked and paid for in advance to reserve your place. No drop-ins please.
First-time attendees must complete a health questionnaire before starting any exercise programme.
All Stanhope sessions are held at the Community Centre, 9-11 Front Street, DL13 2NQ (next to the old Town Hall).
*A minimum number of 4 people is required for classes to go ahead.
**For Personal Training sessions, please call Debbie direct on 07387 577082 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to check availability and book your session. A small number of mid-week appointments may also be available.
