Fitness Classes

We’re currently developing our online booking system which we hope to bring you very soon.

In the meantime, please check out the timetable below and contact us to make a booking.

Please note: All classes must be booked and paid for in advance to reserve your place. No drop-ins please.

First-time attendees must complete a health questionnaire before starting any exercise programme

All Stanhope sessions are held at the Community Centre, 9-11 Front Street, DL13 2NQ (next to the old Town Hall)

*A minimum number of 4 people is required for class to go ahead

**For Personal Training sessions, please call Debbie direct on 07387 577082 or email to check availability and book your session. A small number of mid-week appointments may also be available.
