8-week Body Transformation Programmes – starting from £175
Our 8-wk programmes include 2 to 3 exercise sessions/week (depending on the programme) mixing in HIIT, cardio, boxing & resistance training. Initial consultation, body measurements taken before & after (kept private); exclusive members-only Facebook group inc. advice & support; food diary analysis, nutrition improvement advice (Max. 5ppl per group)**
Personally tailored exercise plans (home or gym-based) – from £10
Basic exercise plans targetting specific body areas (“bingo wings” / “love handles”) – £10; full body workouts for home – £15; exercise programmes for the gym – £25
Please note: A free initial consultation will be given prior to new attendees participating in our Personal Training sessions. This will assess your current health & fitness levels and exercise preferences to ensure your programme is tailored to meet your personal goals. A short health questionnaire will need to be completed by all new attendees joining any of our exercise classes.
