Do you have an event coming up but you don’t feel confident about the way you look and feel? Are you looking for a structured programme that will help you get in shape and feel amazing?
Our 8-week “Show Up, Shape Up!” programme combines structured exercise and healthy eating advice. We’ll have an initial assessment to find out your goals, then we’ll look at your current eating habits (via a food diary) and activity levels.
The programme includes two Personal Training sessions per week (normal cost £20 per session) at our base in Stanhope*. If you’re unable to attend our Stanhope studio, we’ll look at options for online training or tailored programmes you can follow in your own home or at the gym.
In addition, you’ll receive ongoing healthy eating advice including meal plans based on your food diary, to help you achieve your goals and feel fantastic! And as with all of our programmes, you’ll be supported every step of the way.
All YOU need to do is show up, commit to the programme…and stick to it!
